We are asking that you please come prepared for your photos so we can work efficiently to provide everyone with a great Santa experience. Thanks so much!

TERMS and CONDITIONS - Cancellations: You are allowed to cancel or reschedule your booking slot up until 24 hours before your scheduled time. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of session date and time. Please plan ahead and remember to put this on your calendar in advance. If something comes up you may sell your slot. Also for the safety of our staff and Santa, if you are experiencing any symptoms of being sick such as but not limited to a fever, cough, headache, sneezing or body aches, we will unfortunately have to cancel your session and you will receive a credit for future Dymond Media services or a future Santa photo shoot.

PETS: Dogs are allowed, however you may be directed to position your pet as far from Santa as possible, as pet hair may negatively affect Santa's suit.

CHOSEN IMAGES: The images included in your package are selected by Dymond Media. Dymond Media will chose the best images for your collection. You’ll receive high resolution digital images. Photographers are not responsible for reactions to Santa or a child having various emotions and feelings toward Santa. Dymond Media and OCPAA staff will do their best to make sure each child feels comfortable.

COPYRIGHT: Dymond Media and OCPAA may use images from Santa sessions for promotional use, both online or in print.

Each session is for your immediate family ONLY. A single of group of friends may book 1 spot, however, adding or removing individuals during the shoot will not be allowed. Each session will last approx. 3-5 minutes. Our goal is to get the best out of each child. Some children require a bit more time to warm up. Please note, that once a baby or child begins crying, it may be difficult to recover, so we do our best to photograph quickly and assure the least amount of anxiety.

MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Dymond Media, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse and/or underage children. I hereby grant and understand that Dymond Media may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.

By checking this box, I certify that I am at least 18 years of age. I have read this portrait agreement/waiver/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. I agree that I have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.
